Yellow Cake Recipe
Makes 2 eight inch cakes
INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 T vanilla extract
1 cup milk, room temperature
15 packages (60 total, single bars) Kit-Kats
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 9โ cake pans with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in eggs. Add in vanilla and combine. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with the dry.
5. Divide batter between the two pans, then bake for 30-35 min.
Jello Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 (6 oz) package of berry blue Jello
2 1/4 cups boiling water
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour boiling water on top of Jello, and stir until combined. Pour into an 8″ cake pan and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Buttercream Frosting Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 ยฝ cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
4 ยฝ cups powdered sugar
4-5 T milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add milk to reach desired consistency.
