How to Make Rainbow Ice Cream (No Machine)

Rainbow Ice Cream – a delicious, cold and creamy treat that’s easy to whip up (no machine required)!

Rainbow Ice Cream Recipe
Makes about 1 quart

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
ΒΌ cup white/yellow cake mix (optional)
Food coloring in desired colors (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly drizzle in sweetened condensed milk, then mix in vanilla extract. Fold in cake mix.
2. Divide and color ice cream (optional). Scoop into ice cream container, then freeze for at least 6 hours.
