Donut Recipe (Makes about 2 dozen mini donuts):

INGREDIENTS
½ cup (1 stick) butter
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Mix in vanilla.
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Alternate adding dry mixture and milk to egg mixture, starting and ending with the dry mixture
3. Scoop batter into a pastry or Ziploc bag, and pipe into preheated donut maker. Bake for 3 min.

INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATION
Almonds (can substitute candy corn if allergic)
Candiquik (I recommend this over regular, pre-colored candy melts – it melts much smoother and thinner)
OIL based food color in red, black, blue, yellow, and green (not the same as gel-based – here’s the set I have: http://amzn.to/2bScZma)
Fondant in white, yellow, and green
Pink round sprinkle for Jigglypuff
Mini round sprinkle for Oddish
