How to Make Nutella Brownie Cups!

Have your Nutella brownie and eat it too (with some Nutella mousse)!

Brownie Cup Recipe
Makes eight brownie cups

INGREDIENTS
½ stick (4 T) softened butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Nutella + additional Nutella for dipping top of cups
¼ tsp salt
¾ cups flour
Sprinkles (optional)
Chocolate Pocky sticks (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream together butter and sugar, then add in eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract, then stir in Nutella, followed by the flour.
3. Transfer to a pastry bag or plastic bag, then pipe into well-greased cup mold. Tap down pan to remove air bubbles, then bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not underbake. Level off tops (reserve tops for decoration), then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until completely cooled. Gently remove brownies from mold

Nutella Mousse Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
½ cup Nutella, melted and cooled slightly

DIRECTIONS
1. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in Nutella.
2. To assemble cups, dip top of cups in melted Nutella, then dip in sprinkles. Pipe in Nutella mousse, then add in Pocky sticks and brownie crumbs for decoration.
