Today we’re making some super cute macaron soap that will definitely brighten up your mood every time you use them! ?
Supplies
- One macaron
- Amazing Mold Putty
- Soap base
- Food coloring / Soap coloring
- Soap scents
- Rubbing alcohol
- Silicone cupcake mold
- Circle cookie cutter size of macaron
Directions
- Freeze macaron for 15 minutes, then mix together equal parts of Amazing Mold Putty. Press putty to fit macaron and let set for 20 minutes. Remove macaron once mold is set.
- Melt 3 T of soap base in the microwave at 20 second intervals, then mix in soap scent and coloring to reach desired scent and color. Immediately pour into silicone mold and let set for 25 minutes. Remove macarons from mold.
- Melt 1/4 cup of soap base in the microwave at 20 second intervals, then mix in scent. Pour 2 tsp into cupcake mold and let set for 15 minutes. Remove from old, then cut soap with cookie cutter to fit macaron.
- Score macaron and filling with a knife, then spray inside of macaron with rubbing alcohol. Press filling inside macaron, then repeat with top half of macaron.
