- 2 cups C&H® Confectioners Sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp meringue powder
- 2-3 T water
- Gel food color
Ingredients

- Whisk together C&H® Confectioners Sugar and meringue powder until combined. Pour in water, and mix for 7-8 minutes with an electric mixer. Color as desired with food color.
