Final Fantasy Moogle Cake

Ingredients

Yellow Cake

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup milk
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients for Decoration

• Fondant in red, burgundy, light blue, and black
• Purple candy melts

Rice Krispie Treats

• 3 T butter
• 4 cups marshmallows
• 4 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

Yellow Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9" x 13" pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Mix together eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy - about one minute. Add in remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan and carving.

Rice Krispie Treats

1. Melt together butter and marshmallows in the microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth. Stir in Rice Krispies and let cool before molding.
